The Arizona Wound Centers currently accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and AHCCCS. In most cases, health insurance payers cover all, or part, of the costs associated with wound care therapies. Coverage always depends upon a patient’s specific condition, as well as insurance plan benefits, co-pays and deductibles. Our staff is happy to assist patients in determining the specifics of their health plan, and the extent to which it covers their wound care needs. If patients have questions about their coverage for wound care treatment, they are encouraged to contact their insurance provider’s customer care number or the nearest Arizona Wound Center.
